MATERIALS
Mollificio Pavano carefully selects and grades its raw material suppliers, constantly monitoring material in entrance in order to provide productive homogeneity, in compliance with International standards.
Most common material are phosphated, and zined steel according to International Rules for springs UNI EN10270:1 – class SH and equivalend DIN17223 – class C.
Material: springs steel

Thickness: from 4,00 to 12,50mm.
HEAT TREATMENT
After coiling springs are submitted to temperature relaxations.
This process is internally made by modern plants, designed and constructed by Mollificio Pavano.
Continuous in line testing grants homogeneity of springs’ performance of all productions.
CERTIFICATIONS: TESTING AND TRACEABILITY
Every delivery lot is trackable, and linked to a quanlity and conformity certificate, with all datas involved in productive processa as material, dimensions, and mechanical characteristics.
Thanks to specific softwares and experience our Staff provide technical consultancy in projetct and development of new and best springs.
IDENTIFICATION
Springs are identified by a plate indicating wire diameter and, on customer demand, the production lot.
On customer demand other identification typologies can be agreed.
PACKAGING
Because of peculiarity of those springs MOLLIFICIO PAVANO SPA offers different and specific packaging solutions.
TESTS
Theorical datas are verified by testing with the use of a digital torque transducer.
